Honeymoon in Jeju
The facilites with all the necessary details to make you feel confortable. The nature around us and the meals served both at breakfast and in the restaurant for dinner with amizing views of Jeju at distance. If I would visit Jeju again I will select this hotel again for sure
Sometimes was a little difficult the communication in English with some members of the staff, but in general they were always focus on taking care to bring you a good experience, so definitely they made us to count on wonderful memories of our honey moon trip stay

Very Good
The resort is beautiful
1. The Family Hill Luna had no where to hang the clothes at all . Not even a rack in the main room. 2. The buffet resturant is only on weekends the other working resturant and in room dinning had very limited options 3. We drank tea in the room the first night , the cups where never washed . 4. We checked out at 7am , there was only 1 person at the front desk who came collected our luggage in the buggy and checked us out , we had booked 3 rooms so it took him some going back and forth several times 5. I would suggest , opening a small market to sell essentials and snacks as the resort location is far from any market 6. No spa

Upmarket quiet countryside hotel with great facilities and staff
Quiet, pretty, luxury resort in countryside, excellent rooms with outdoor onsens/baths, cinema projector in huge room, great art and sculptures around resort, fantastic helpful staff and great breakfast. Good outdoor pool and sauna too.
Can be difficult to get taxis from hotel on apps, but reception staff easily organised taxi whenever needed and only 10min wait for a taxi.
